Charming- Scrap for Help Challenge

I finally got my new Prima goodies and I had to work with them right away. I used the engraver collection which is so masculine and vintage.
I loved making this layout of my son for the March Challenge at Scrap for Help along with a sketch from Scrap Africa.
I used burlap underneath the photo as an extra layer.
So why don’t you come and join us??

I had an old, large chipboard key that I had never used. I covered it in gesso and stamped it. Then sprayed it in black and gold. Finally I added ripped pieces of washi tape.
I used a black Shimmerz spray and a gold Color shine to add a color around the layout.
I also used washi tape to add ripped pieces under the photo.

I’m using Sketch Challenge # 15 from Scrap Africa for this Challenge.
Here is the sketch:

Prima Engraver Collection, Tim Holtz

burlap, twine, Gesso
Shimmerz: black dawn
