Heaven Sent

I designed this layout with the Scrap That Pion Bird Song Kit. I truly love this kit. This is the second layout I made this week with these papers. As an inspiration, I used the sketch challenge from Scrap That itself. I thought it was a beautiful sketch which compliments my scrapbooking style. I used these two pictures of my daughter during the time we were adopting her. The title “Heaven Sent” truly describes how this beautiful girl came into our lives. My journaling for this layout says: “I celebrate everyday I can spend with you. You are…. heaven sent.”
Over at Get Picky the inspirational challenge this month was to use the word “Celebrate” either in the title or in the journaling. I wanted to find a moment in time that we truly celebrated. Along with the adoption of my son, adopting our little girl was our second biggest celebration. Ok maybe the third biggest if you count our wedding!! but who’s counting? LOL
