Always So Happy – 7 Dots Studio Video Tutorial

I’m on the 7 Dots Studio blog today with this earthy and natural looking layout using the Nature Walk collection.
My daughter finds happiness in everything she does. Here she is swinging on a tire swing ready to take flight like a butterfly. This is why I added a fussy cut butterfly wing to her back.
 I compiled a step by step video below to show you how I created this mixed media layout:
 I used the 7 Dots Nature Walk collection to create a natural scenery around this picture. After creating a textured background I framed the picture with a Blue Fern Studios Chipboard frame and then added lots of matching Prima flowers and Flying Unicorn Metal embellishments.
I really wanted to create a lot of natural texture. That’s why I also added the burlap.
