1/2 Pepperoni SalamiBasecamp pepperoni salami contains garlic and freshly ground black pepper. Basecamp venison salami are handmade and naturally smoked. Our venison salami are produced from wild free range venison and are gluten and dairy free. Finished fresh weight: 375 grams. ( will reduce over time ) Basecamp salamis are wood smoked (not boiled like many commercial salami products) so as they age they loose moisture, the texture firms up and the flavour is enhanced.
