Chateau George 7 Fronsac 2019 75clChteau George 7 is an elegant and expressive Fronsac red crafted from 35 year old Merlot vines rooted in the rolling limestone and clay soils of Bordeauxs Right Bank. Hand harvested and meticulously sorted both manually and by optical selection the grapes undergo fermentation in 500 litre French oak barrels, 30% of which are new, allowing for a gentle extraction and refined tannin structure. The wine is then matured for 18 months in 225 litre French
